Victory Village is poised to become a distinguished 25-unit apartment building situated adjacent to Victory Pointe Park and Johnson’s Market in downtown Clermont. The luxurious apartments will feature a curated mix, comprising approximately nineteen two-bedroom/two-bath units and six three-bedroom units. Each residence will boast a covered balcony, extending the living space and offering residents breathtaking views of the park, market, plaza, and Lake Minneola.
Envisioned as a four-story structure covering an estimated 50,000 square feet, the building is strategically elevated to maximize the development of the property, providing parking underneath. The ground level is meticulously planned to house essential amenities, including the leasing office and clubhouse, a fitness center, and resident storage areas.
Inspiration crafted by Powell Studio Architecture for the Owner, reflecting a modern coastal style that seamlessly integrates with the downtown urban fabric. The Residences at Victory Village aim to not only offer a premier living experience but also contribute to the dynamic and vibrant atmosphere of downtown Clermont.
