The envisioned project comprises a total of 112 units, primarily distributed among eighteen 6-unit townhome buildings. Each building will consist of two distinct unit types, featuring two 2-story, 3-bedroom townhomes at the immediate ends, and four 2-bedroom units at the core, divided between the upper and lower levels. In a thoughtful design approach, integrated garages are incorporated into the townhomes.
An additional building type will include 4 units and mirror the design concept of the 6-unit buildings, possibly featuring integrated garages as well.
Mason’s Ridge includes a new 3,000 SF clubhouse featuring a leasing center with a manager's office, a great room, storage, and a file/copy area. Other elements consist of restrooms accessible from inside the building and pool area, an activity/community room, a fitness center, a maintenance office/garage with golf cart storage, and a resident package center with lockers. The clubhouse will be a single-story structure, embodying an architectural style that harmonizes with the character of the development.
