During this vital phase, your project concept takes shape. We create rough diagrams, revise them until we have workable solutions, and prepare up to three schematic submittals for your review. These drawings include floor plans, site plans, elevations, and sketches. Once we define the project, we initiate site development engineering and approval processes, including zoning and water management approvals if required.

Now, we solidify the project's size and character following schematic design approval.
