South Lake Gastroenterology

The design and construction of a cutting-edge 14,150 SF, 2-story medical office building in the thriving location of Clermont, Florida, situated at the intersection of Mohawk Road and Citrus Tower Boulevard. This visionary project is a distinguished addition to the landscape, featuring a strategic allocation of space for healthcare providers.

The first floor of the building is 4,300 SF medical office space, specifically tailored for South Lake Gastroenterology practice. This area is meticulously designed to optimize functionality and enhance patient experience. Meanwhile, the remaining building area, approximately 9,850 SF, is dedicated to a Florida Licensed Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC). Practice Partners in Healthcare, the esteemed tenant, will manage and operate this state-of-the-art facility, offering advanced surgical services.

Powell Studio Architecture was tasked with translating this vision into reality, ensuring a design that not only meets the functional requirements of medical practice but also creates an aesthetically pleasing and efficient environment. The facility is split-level, with the first floor hosting administration, waiting, and ancillary areas. On the second floor, the surgical area features two class 'A' and two class 'C' operating rooms, reflecting the highest standards in healthcare architecture.

The multi-specialty facility and the ASC will cater to various medical disciplines, ranging from endoscopy procedures to orthopedic outpatient surgery. Powell Studio Architecture was pleased to be part of this innovative venture, contributing expertise in healthcare design to ensure the success and functionality of this state-of-the-art medical office building in Clermont.
