Meanwhile, the remaining building area, approximately 9,850 SF, is dedicated to a Florida Licensed Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC). Practice Partners in Healthcare, the esteemed tenant, will manage and operate this state-of-the-art facility, offering advanced surgical services.
Powell Studio Architecture was tasked with translating this vision into reality, ensuring a design that not only meets the functional requirements of medical practice but also creates an aesthetically pleasing and efficient environment. The facility is split-level, with the first floor hosting administration, waiting, and ancillary areas. On the second floor, the surgical area features two class 'A' and two class 'C' operating rooms, reflecting the highest standards in healthcare architecture.
