Initially involved in the redesign of an existing restaurant, PSA witnessed the space's various transformations before it found its identity as a thriving BBQ establishment. Building on this success, Powell Studio Architecture collaborated with Ellie Lou's in 2020 to construct a new 3,000-square-foot restaurant at the Flamingo Crossing Town Center in Reedy Creek. The ongoing partnership reflects the expanding franchise's commitment to serving and growing within the vibrant Central Florida community.
