Florida Home Partnership is developing a multifamily residential townhome project situated along 12th Street in Wimauma, Hillsborough County. Envisioned as a well-balanced community development, the project is set to feature a total of 38 units distributed across thirteen townhome buildings.

In the preliminary design phase, the project comprises four distinct building types to cater to diverse housing needs. Building Type I is conceptualized as a 4-unit, 2-story townhome structure, each unit boasting 2-3 bedrooms and 2 baths, accompanied by private garages. This building type is anticipated to have a maximum total area of 6,000 SF, with unit sizes of approximately 1,500 SF, inclusive of the garage (total of 3 buildings).

Building Type III is envisioned as a 2-unit duplex, 2-story townhome building, each unit designed with 2-3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and private garages, with a projected total area of 3,000 SF (total of 2 buildings).

Building Type II follows as a 3-unit, 2-story townhome building, mirroring the features of Building Type I but with a total area of 4,500 SF (total of 6 buildings).

Lastly, Building Type IV is a 2-unit duplex, single-story townhome structure, each unit featuring 2-3 bedrooms without a private garage, expected to have a total area of 3,000 SF (total of 2 buildings).

These thoughtfully planned building types seek to offer a range of housing options, promoting inclusivity and diversity within the community.
